FAQ: Is there a way to easily change the quantity of a Template Order and update the price in PSP? 

Answer:  Absolutely!  Here’s how to change the quantity of a template order and update the price KB: 40316:

 

  1. Go to Website > Owner Configuration
  2. CTRL F “Automatically Update Template Order Prices in Print Order Detail based on Add-On Values”
  3. Check this option
  4. Update
  5. Return to order
  6. Go to Add-Ons
  7. Select Show Template Items option
  8. Select the appropriate quantity
  9. Select UPDATE button on order
