You can reject a User’s registration request for access to your Print Shop Pro® (PSP) site.  Here’s how:

  1. Go to Admin > User Management
  2. Select the Approve Users tab
  3. Select the box in the UPDATED column for the selected User
  4. Click “Save” at the bottom of the page

The User’s request will be removed from your Approve Users tab and they will not be able to access your PSP site.
