We attend the User Group Meeting and we all raise our hands to request new features. And you guys actually do it. This is so unique… Other companies don’t have that customer integration. It makes your product better and more usable, and it keeps us coming back.
I enjoy that you guys aren’t just trying to sell me things. It’s about showing your Users new things that can help them improve operations, informing us of what’s coming out. Some meetings I’ve attended, I feel like I never go away more knowledgeable about the product I was using and that’s not the case with edu.
