TIP: Print Shop Managers may wish to restrict customers from viewing file attachments on print orders.  Here is how to easily limit file attachment visibility in PSP:

Restricting a file attachment in PSP Manager

  1. Open a print order
  2. Locate Attach section
  3. Select Attach New File button
  4. Follow prompts to attach file
  5. Uncheck the ‘Visible to Customer’ option
  6. Select Add Attachment button

Restricting an existing file attachment in PSP Manager

  1. Open a print order
  2. Locate Attach section
  3. Select Edit link to the far left of the file image or file link
  4. Uncheck the box in the Visible to Customer column
  5. Select Update

File attachment will no longer be visible to customer
