Campus Package and Mail Tracking Made Easy
A number of years ago, Tammy Slone and Paula Adkins of Cedarville University took the bold step of enlisting a team of their brightest software engineering students to build a package tracking solution for their campus mailroom. The project was a huge success and resulted in a feature rich custom solution that was not only built to their own specifications, but was integrated with their internal Student Management System. It provided them quick look-up of student names, quick check in and check out of packages, automatic student notifications and more.
After a few years, however, those students graduated and were no longer available to support and enhance the program. As various features began to fail, Tammy began her two-year long search for a replacement solution. Every solution she found was either a step down from their previous system or too expensive for the small private College. That’s when she attended the 2019 Print Shop Pro User’s conference.

With the blueprint of her legacy custom solution and the valuable input from Tammy and Paula’s years of college mailroom experience, Smart Track Pro™ is now a reality.
Smart Track Pro™ is a web-based package tracking software system designed specifically to meet the needs of the busy campus mailroom and can be fully operational in just a few days. It enables you to easily automate and manage the process of receiving, processing and delivering of packages and mail.
