How to batch change order statuses – KB Article # 49439
1. Go to Administration > Orders > Batch Change Status > (Printing/Store/Mail/Graphic Design)
2. Set filter options to locate the target orders
3. Select the desired status from the “Change Status of Selected Orders” dropdown menu
4. Select the desired orders you wish to change from the list
5. Click “CHANGE STATUS OF ALL SELECTED ORDERS NOW” button
The selected orders will now reflect the new status.
