We are pleased to announce Gordon Rivera, former supervisor of “Campus Graphics” the in-plant at Allan Hancock College (AHC) has joined our team!

I have always considered edu as a partner rather than just a vendor in my time managing Campus Graphics print and design production, so it was an easy transition from working at Campus Graphics to becoming part of the edu team.

Gordon comes to us with over 35 years of experience in the printing industry, with 25 of those years working in an in-plant environment. Gordon is a long time PSP Power User having leveraged every feature of PSP, from print order intake through chargeback processing and reporting, in his operations at AHC for more than 15 years. Gordon is certified as both a G7 Print Professional and Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt. He brings his insight and expertise in lean processes, print production, in-plant management and graphic design to edu and our customers. Rivera states, “I have always considered edu as a partner rather than just a vendor in my time managing Campus Graphics print and design production, so it was an easy transition from working at Campus Graphics to becoming part of the edu team.”

Rivera is going to assist edu in enhancing the PSP and DC brand by providing strategic support and increasing customer engagement with both products.  In an effort to accurately provide real user experience to the edu Development Team, Gordon will help manage the PSP customer forum, conduct customer interviews and attend edu Webinars with current and prospective PSP and DC customers.

Feel free to contact Gordon with your user experiences with PSP and DC by emailing him at [email protected].
