The Courier scans the QR Code on the Delivery Label or Job Ticket to take possession of all orders. Multiple jobs can be combined using the “bundle” feature.

Upon delivery, the Courier presents a mobile device to the recipient for a signature of acceptance.

Step 3

The Courier can enter notes about the delivery and mark the order as Accepted, Rejected, Left without Signature, Undeliverable or Returned to Shop. PSP Manager is updated automatically.
